We stayed for a week with another couple at Villa Bunga Wangi. The villa is beautifully furnished in a modern Balinese style, very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very helpful but not intrusive and the chef prepared delicious meals whatever we wanted. Villa Bunga Wangi is less than an hours drive from the airport, not far from upmarket but laid back Canggu, which has some nice cafes. Most days a driver took us sightseeing into Bali hinterland which was easy to access from the villa, then we would relax around the pool. The villa is perfect for up to four couples or with children.

This place is so good my family have been about 7 times and will continue to visit. The design and ambience of the place are spot on and the staff are so friendly. It is the ultimate Bali experience at a very reasonable cost. You only need hop on a scooter or get a cab and within 5 mins you have everything else that Canggu has to offer; shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

This was my second stay at Villa Bunga Wangi - and yes - I think it is perfect. If you do wish to venture away from the villa's tranquil surrounds, superb food and equally invisible and attentive staff - Canggu is the ideal location. It is a short drive to the bustle of Legian and Seminyak and a great starting point for sightseeing/day trips. Nestled in a small peaceful village your closest beach and bar is a 20 minute walk. If you're up for a 30 minute walk, you'll find yourself at Echo Beach and its beachside restaurants, ice creamery and day spa. Like I said - perfect...

We stayed at the villa last year and had a great stay and it has been just as good again this year. Could be time for another girls' getaway later in the year!

This is the best way to holiday for a big family. 4 huge bedrooms all with self-contained bathroom. Thousands square meters Balinese style garden with a quirky fish pond sourced its water from a Buddha’s mouth. A quick dip in the pool, then the chef will call you for the dinner that you ordered the day before.
After dinner, I often sit in the living room next to the fish pond read my family history book listening to the sound of water surrounded or talking to my parents.
Another love is the out door shower in the tropical garden to wake you up in the nicest way.
